Weekly Gross $2,566.00
Weekly Taxable $1,320.00
Weekly Non- Taxable $1,246.00
Hourly Taxable Upto 40 $33.00
Hourly Non Tax $31.15
Overtime after 40 $49.50
-Years of experience REQ: 1 YR
-First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Y
-Traveler's permanent address cannot be local within 50 miles of
the facility
