Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and clinical counseling, focusing on providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children and families, to address various psychological issues and promote mental well-being. Duties Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide clinical counseling services, including crisis intervention and support for patients dealing with PTSD. Engage in child-family counseling to facilitate healthy communication and relationships within families. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress. Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns in clinical practices and patient care techniques. Stay current with research in psychology to inform best practices in treatment approaches. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Skills Proficient in managing medical records and documentation processes. Strong background in behavioral health principles and practices. Experience in crisis intervention strategies and techniques. Ability to conduct effective clinical counseling sessions with diverse populations. Knowledge of child family counseling dynamics and techniques. Excellent supervisory skills for guiding junior staff or interns. Strong research skills to stay updated on the latest psychological findings. Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
