Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Duties Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform minor surgical procedures, including suturing as necessary. Administer IV infusions and manage patients requiring infusion therapy. Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives to advance medical knowledge. Provide health coaching to patients, promoting wellness and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with specialists in reproductive endocrinology, psychiatry, and neonatology when necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Skills Proficient in clinical skills including IV infusion and suturing techniques. Strong understanding of family medicine principles and practices. Experience or interest in conducting clinical trials is preferred. Ability to provide effective health coaching tailored to individual patient needs. Familiarity with reproductive endocrinology, psychiatry, and neonatology is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.
