The Speech Therapist will report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for all patients.
The Rehabilitation Services department provides a full spectrum of therapy services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our team treats a wide range of conditions affecting speech, language, and swallowing, serving patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations.
As a Speech Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across a diverse patient population. You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals to ensure comprehensive care. In this role, you will educate patients and their families on techniques to support progress and achieve long-term success. Additionally, you will maintain detailed patient records to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, all while contributing to the overall goals of the rehabilitation team.
