Compact license must be in hand at submission Certifications: PALS,
ACLS Must-Have: PACU and Preop experience Job Description: - Open
to first-time travelers with at least 2 years of experience - Must
be willing to float between units - On-call required 1-2 days per
week, 1-2 weekends per month - Required to work on-call rotation on
weekends - Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays
(Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New
Year's Day) - Expected nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 - Scrub color
for RNs is Navy - Completion of 40 hours of orientation required -
The facility may require travelers to float between nearby sister
facilities - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of
employment in a comparable specialty/setting within the last three
years - Communication devices provided if required for the
assignment - Completion of non-billable modules pre-start and
annually, with time spent self-reported
