Location: Carlsbad, NM Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Job overview: Be accountable for the daily operations of a specific department within the warehouse as a Warehouse Supervisor in Carlsbad. Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities and functions. Create and sustain a high-performance environment through strong leadership. Responsibilities: Meet and adhere to warehouse operational standards. Ensure freight is being moved to and from the warehouse in a timely fashion. Maintain an efficient warehouse work environment. Manage and maintain warehouse inventory. Allocate, supervise and distribute work amongst team members. Provide training to team members. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree. One to two years of warehouse or logistics experience. Knowledge of warehousing, storage, cross-docking and supply chain principles and processes. Strong written and oral communication skills.
